Morah Ogechi is a distinguished Human Resources Leader and Corporate Trainer with over two decades of professional experience spanning the banking and utility sectors. For the past 11 years, she has played a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation within the utility industry, leveraging her multidisciplinary expertise to foster sustainable growth and operational excellence.

She holds a First-Class degree in Anthropology from the University of Ibadan and M.Sc. Human resources management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu. Her strong academic foundation equips her with a deep understanding of human behaviour, which she strategically integrates with corporate objectives to deliver impactful HR solutions.

As Head of Human Resources, Morah has led large-scale transformation initiatives, including serving as a key architect of the Performance Management System at EEDC, where she successfully spearheaded the digitalization of the entire framework. A visionary Talent Manager, she institutionalized standardized and credible assessment processes that regularized acting appointments and established structured pathways for outsourced employees to transition into permanent roles.

An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (ANITAD), Morah evolved from a strong foundation in banking operations into an elite HR strategist. She has personally trained over 1,000 professionals, with expertise in change management, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), and organizational development.
