Anyikwa Chinenye is a seasoned billing and revenue management professional with over 11 years of operational experience in Nigeria’s electricity distribution sector. Since joining First Power Electricity Distribution Company Ltd in 2014 as a Billing Officer, she has demonstrated consistent growth, rising through the ranks to her current role as Head of Billing—a progression marked by competence, discipline, and measurable impact.

Chinenye has built a strong reputation for enhancing billing integrity, strengthening revenue assurance frameworks, and restoring stakeholder confidence in billing systems across multiple districts. Her expertise lies at the intersection of data analytics, process optimization, and team leadership, where she drives efficiency through structured internal controls, performance monitoring systems, and disciplined execution.

Throughout her career, she has led billing operations, overseen customer account reconciliations, and guided district teams toward improved billing efficiency, compliance, and accountability.
