Chief Financial Officer

 Ndubuisi Ekeopara is an accomplished professional accountant with over twenty-five years of experience across multiple industries.

He graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu Campus, with a Second Class Upper Division degree in Accountancy in 1996 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2001. He also holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the ESUT Business School.

His professional background includes significant roles in the ICT, telecommunications, banking, and power sectors. He served as Head of Regional Operations at Task Systems from 1999 to 2004 and as an Internal Control Officer at Diamond Bank plc from 2004 to 2005. At Airtel (formerly Vmobile /Celtel/Zain), he was the Regional Accountant for South East Nigeria from 2005 to 2009. He then served as a Specialist in Regional Accounting for the South-South and South East regions at Emerging Markets and Telecommunication Limited (Etisalat) between 2009 and 2014.

In December 2014, he joined the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company as Senior Manager of Finance & Accounts. He subsequently rose to his current position as the Chief Finance Officer of First Power Electricity Distribution Limited.

Ndubuisi Ekeopara is happily married with four children.
