Mr. Tosin Caleb Fadairo is a result-driven HSE Professional with over 16 years of experience across Oil & Gas projects and the Power Industry. He is an expert in developing and implementing Quality Health Safety & Environment systems (QHSE), conducting risk assessments, and ensuring safety compliance. He is skilled in leading HAZOP Assessments, Emergency Response Planning, and Incident Investigations to drive continuous safety improvements and mitigate operational risks. He started his safety career as a Safety Officer in SPDC RA Port Harcourt where he supervised several Electrical/Civil rehabilitation projects. He also worked at SPDC Oyigbo Flow Station where he supervised the electrical upgrade of the earthing system. He worked at several other SPDC projects as the safety officer/Site supervisor with contractors like ABB Unistockist, MANTRAC CAT, ES-BEE Ltd on the electrification of Ikiribi Community Bayelsa State.

Mr. Tosin joined EEDC as Assistant Manager Health Safety & Environment in 2014 Corporate Head Quarter. In February 2015, Mr. Tosin became Ag. Manager HSE covering Abia State operations. In November 2016, Tosin became HSE Supervisor deputizing the office of the Head HSE. Currently he is the head of Health Safety & Environment in First Power Electricity Distribution Limited. 

Tosin holds a bachelor’s degree in Botany 2006 from the University of Benin, Nigeria. He has numerous certifications in Health Safety & Environment, Such as NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) where he made a distinction. CQI-IRCA ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor (QMS), Fundamentals of Project Management, Risk Assessments Principles & Practices, Fire Prevention Emergency/Risk & Safety Management at Work, Fire & Explosion Hazard Management, Workplace Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental & Waste Management, Environmental Compliance & Sustainability, HSE Competence Level 3, General Health & Safety, Train the Trainer etc.

He is a member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria.
